Job Description
Perform production operator duties
Reporting to Executive/Supervisor
To operate machinery/equipment
Carry out basic maintenance and repair of the machinery/equipment under personal care
To inform maintenance any equipment, machinery breakdown for immediate action
Maintain and upkeep cleanliness
To ensure the smooth operation of all production daily routine
To monitor and maintain all process conditions and parameters of the plant as required
To control oil loses by minimizing drains, spillage leaks and by eliminating overflows
To carry out any other duties as instructed by superior
Job Requirement
Candidate must possess minimum SPM
At least 1-2 years experience in semiconductors / electronics or other related fields
Knowledgeable and experience in the following operations: Wafer Backgrinding, Wafer Sawing, Tape and Reel, Visual Quality Inspection, Soldering
Good interpersonal and analytical skills with the ability to work independently
Good communication skills in English (both verbal & written)
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
Applicants must be able to work on shift
Possess own transport
