Job Description<\/h2><\/div>
  • <\/i><\/span>
    \n

    Work within the team to develop and qualify new products for customers as well as control and maintain processes for existing customer products which are qualified for production<\/p>\n<\/div><\/li>

  • <\/i><\/span>
    \n

    Involve in new process and equipment parameters optimization
    \n\u2013 DOE run for process optimisation and parameter windows setting
    \n\u2013 Follow up with the preparation of DOE material and machine parts
    \n\u2013 Collect process performance data and compile engineering reports
    \n\u2013 Equipment conversion and buyoff<\/p>\n<\/div><\/li>

  • <\/i><\/span>
    \n

    Perform engineering build (For customer and qual samples)
    \n\u2013 To run process for new product at early stage of engineering build, before handing over to production operator
    \n\u2013 To monitor process performance during engineering build thereafter to release to mass production
    \n\u2013 Provide training and mentorship to operators<\/p>\n<\/div><\/li><\/ul>

    Job Requirement<\/h2><\/div>
    • <\/i><\/span>
      \n

      Bachelor Degree in an Engineering or Science Discipline with at least 1-3 years of working experience as a process engineer in semiconductor industry<\/p>\n<\/div><\/li>

    • <\/i><\/span>
      \n

      Fresh Graduates whom are very determined, willing to learn, a fast learner and have the knowledge about semiconductor wafer (and basic know-how on how to handle the wafers) are welcome to apply as well<\/p>\n<\/div><\/li>

    • <\/i><\/span>
      \n

      Hands-on experience in the following process will be given priority consideration:
      \n1. Wet Chemical Etching, e.g. Silicon Etching or Cleaning
      \n2. Metal Evaporation or Sputter (PVD)
      \n3. Wafer thinning
      \n4. Electroless plating
      \n5. Electrochemical deposition (ECD) \/ Electroplating
      \n6. Photolithography<\/p>\n<\/div><\/li>

    • <\/i><\/span>
      \n

      Have some experiences in technologies like thin film deposition, Cu-RDL or Cu-Pillar, or WLP in general<\/p>\n<\/div><\/li>

    • <\/i><\/span>
      Familiar with concepts and documents like FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, Work Instruction etc.<\/div><\/li>
    • <\/i><\/span>
      \n

      Good presentation, communication and team working skills<\/p>\n<\/div><\/li>

    • <\/i><\/span>
      \n

      Having \u201cHands on\u201d attitude and creative problem-solving mind set to get the work done quickly and effectively to meet customers schedules<\/p>\n<\/div><\/li>

      Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision<\/p>\n<\/div><\/li>
