Job Description
Hands-on capability to generate procedures/documentations and compile records as required for IATF 16949 certifications
Conduct IATF 16949 awareness training to all employees and certify internal internal auditors
Quality systems compliance implementations, such as ISO, and other regulations
Facilitate customer quality audits and follow-up of actions to close all findings
Support Internal Quality Audits and Document Controls on Product, Process & Quality Management System
Promote continuous improvement throughout the company
Customer Specifications review including thorough follow-up to close the review (support all sites – Malaysia, Germany & USA)
Lead for ISO9001, IATF and ISO14001 audits and support customer audits
Job Requirement
At least a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical/Electrical/ Electronic/Mechanical Engineering/ Physics/Chemistry/Industrial Engineering or equivalent
More than 4 years experience in the semiconductors or electronics industry with at least 2 years experience in Quality Systems implementation
ISO9001 and IATF 16949 Lead Auditor Certification, e.g. from Neville Clarke
Matured interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate and lead teams
Can communicate with confidence to Management and to customers in fluent English
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status
Possess own transport
